Refund policy

All purchases are considered non-refundable, except in cases where the item is unavailable due to being out of stock.ย 

In order to qualify for a return, your item must remain unused and in the same condition as when it was originally received. It should also be in its original packaging. Following a thorough inspection, our team will assess your eligibility for a Store Credit.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Anything from the Vintage Maryls Collection, The Estate Collection, or the Sterling Silver and turquoise collection.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Custom made items.
Special order items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.

Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit balance.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We donโ€™t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Warranty - New Jewelry is warrantied for 90 days from purchase date, for manufacturing defects only. Your item will either be repaired or replaced by Wilcox Jewelers.
Warranty on Repair work - Repair work is warranted for 30 days from the day you receive your repaired jewelry.
Items from, Vintage Marlys collection, Estate collection, or the SS and Turquoise collections are sold "AS IS" and have no warranties.
